What ‘@domain’ did the email come from? (EX: user@domain.com)
Refer to the footer of the email. All system generated notices will include the name and link of the specific system they were sent from in the footer.

Google Search?

With whom are you doing business, registering/applying, or reporting?
Try more specific keywords in the search engine of your choice, including the 'who' you identified above.

User recommendation?

Please return to the user who recommended you and request more specific instructions for how to log into the system.
